Visual PDCPDC Report Export
Export PDC analysis reports and property summaries as PDF or CSV. Use PDC Molecular Weight and related tools to generate results, then download reports for lab records or publication.
What you can export
PDF — PDC property report (peptide/drug/linker mass, total mass, charge, pI, logP) from the PDC Molecular Weight (DPR). CSV — Table of PDC or batch analysis results when using batch or multi-input workflows. From the 3D viewer you can export PNG screenshots and PDB coordinates for peptide–drug structures.
How to export
- PDC Molecular Weight (DPR) — After entering peptide sequence, drug (SMILES), and optional linker, use the download button to get a PDF report.
- Stability Calculator — Stability indices from peptide sequence; export or record results when available.
- PDC 3D Structure and Peptide-Drug Complex — Use the viewer sidebar to export PNG and PDB.
