Visual PDC

Getting started with Visual PDC

Visual PDC provides research-grade tools for peptide–drug conjugate (PDC) design: molecular weight (DPR), stability from peptide sequence, and 3D structure viewing (PDC 3D Structure, Payload Attachment Site, Peptide-Drug Complex). All in the browser; no installation required.

What we offer

Enter peptide sequence and drug (SMILES) with optional linker to get total mass, charge, pI, and logP from PDC Molecular Weight (DPR). Use Stability Calculator for stability indices from peptide sequence. View peptide–drug 3D in PDC 3D Structure, Payload Attachment Site, or Peptide-Drug Complex; export PDB, PNG, and PDC Report Export (PDF, CSV). Export options: Export formats, PDC Report Export.

Typical workflow

  1. PDC mass: Go to PDC Molecular Weight (DPR), enter peptide (sequence or UniProt ID), drug (SMILES or PubChem), and optional linker. Get peptide/drug/linker mass, total mass, charge, pI, logP, and a PDF report.
  2. Stability: Use Stability Calculator for stability indices and physicochemical properties from the peptide moiety.
  3. 3D view: Use PDC 3D Structure to load a peptide–drug or PDC PDB; use Peptide-Drug Complex to upload your own file. Export PDB or PNG from the viewer.
  4. Payload attachment: Use Payload Attachment Site for multi-frame or payload-attachment preview; export PNG.
  5. Export: See PDC Report Export and Export formats for where to export reports and structures.
