Peptide-Drug Complex

Load peptide–drug conjugate (PDC) PDB to view in the 3D viewer. Use the main viewer to enter a PDB ID from RCSB or paste a URL to a structure file.

After loading, use the viewer to rotate, zoom, and export the structure as PDB or PNG. For single-structure view use PDC 3D Structure; for multi-frame or payload-attachment preview use Payload Attachment Site. See Export formats and PDC Report Export for details.
