Example: peptide with disulfide (PDB 2LL5)

This structure contains disulfide bonds. Use the viewer bar to switch to Stick or Line and turn on Measure to confirm S–S distances (~2.0 Å).

To view your own structure: open the 3D Viewer, load a PDB that contains disulfide bonds (e.g. peptides, antibodies), then use stick/line display and Measure as above.
